Ukraine defense-reform advisory
Supporting the U.S. Department of State’s engagement with Ukraine’s defense sector, Andean Partners contributed to a defense-reform and modernization program, advising on NATO-standard modernization and the corporate-governance reform of Ukraine’s state defense holding, a parent enterprise of roughly 72 companies. The program was associated with roughly $300M in Western investment commitments.
USAID program operational support
Andean Partners provided in-country operational and security support for a USAID-funded program valued at roughly $100M. We built adaptive security frameworks and real-time situational-awareness systems and maintained full operational readiness across high-threat deployments, with zero security incidents.
Aid delivery in wartime Ukraine
Our team has delivered humanitarian aid and critical equipment under tenders from USAID, the U.S. Embassy, and the United Nations, moving more than $9M in aid in a single year. That work included delivering 260 power stations to the Ukrainian National Police, helping maintain law-enforcement capability through sustained attacks on the power grid. The effort was recognized with the International Stability Operations Association’s “Support to Ukraine” Award.
Continuity and resilience under attack
When infrastructure attacks cut grid capacity by as much as 70 percent, our team kept operations running for a multi-company industrial group of roughly 5,000 employees, standing up distributed emergency-response and backup-power solutions that preserved business continuity through the worst disruptions.
Travel and security services in Ukraine
For visitors traveling into Ukraine on mission, we provide white-glove travel and security support: pre-arrival security briefings, ground and rail movement, vetted accommodation below government per-diem rates, connectivity, and a dedicated in-country point of contact on standby throughout the stay. We handled more than 50 successful travel requests in the past year.
